Te Mata Park Trust is pleased to announce the appointment of Triathlon Hawke’s Bay as the new event organiser for Triple Peaks – one of Hawke’s Bay’s most iconic sporting events.

Te Mata Park Trust has reached a significant milestone in its ngahere restoration programme with the planting of 64,ooo native trees over the last five years, part of a larger, long-term restoration strategy to protect, enhance and restore ecosystems across the maunga.

Haere mai | Welcome to Te Mata Park and its famous peak, one of the most loved and visited places in Hawke’s Bay.
Gifted in perpetuity to the community in 1927 and managed by a small group of volunteer trustees, with appreciated help from local councils and the community, the Park is a cultural, historical and recreational treasure.
