Owners of the much loved Four Square Te Mata, Jake and Sarah Coleman, celebrated two years in operation recently. They marked the anniversary with a generous donation to Te Mata Park’s Ngā Tipuna Fund, to contribute to the long-term financial sustainability of Te Mata Park.

We’re excited to be working alongside the incredible team at Clive School, where environmentally conscious tamariki from their Enviro Team have been hard at work transplanting self-sown tītoki seedlings to support future planting in Te Mata Park.

Applications are sought from suitably qualified candidates to become a trustee on the Te Mata Park Trust Board (the Board) or to participate in the Board’s Aspiring Trustee Programme as an ‘Aspiring Trustee’.

Te Mata Park Trust has reached a significant milestone in its ngahere restoration programme with the planting of 64,ooo native trees over the last five years, part of a larger, long-term restoration strategy to protect, enhance and restore ecosystems across the maunga.
