It’s Te Wiki Tuao ā-Motu – National Volunteer Week – and Te Mata Park Trust would like to acknowledge and thank the incredible volunteers who give their time, energy, and expertise to Te Mata Park.
From planting native trees and restoring habitat, to checking predator traps, fixing fences, participating in working bees, or serving on our Trust Board and committees – our volunteers make a real difference.
Volunteers are truly the backbone of Te Mata Park, their mahi ensures that this taonga continues to thrive as a place of beauty, biodiversity, recreation and connection for the community.
