Squarely at the heart of the community
Owners of the much-loved Four Square Te Mata, Jake and Sarah Coleman, celebrated two years in operation recently. They marked the anniversary with a generous donation to Te Mata Park’s Ngā Tipuna Fund, to contribute to the long-term financial sustainability of Te Mata Park.
Speaking about the donation, Jake said, “We are kaitiaki of our little corner of the world at Four Square Te Mata for a short period of time before we pass it on to the next generation. We are really happy to be able to contribute to Te Mata Park’s Ngā Tipuna Fund and support the Trust’s abilities to protect and enhance the Park for generations to come.”
Te Mata Park Trust is delighted to have received this donation from the team at Four Square Te Mata. Donations to the fund, managed by Hawke’s Bay Foundation, will accrue and in time the dividends will sustain the operations of the Park.
We welcome donations to the Ngā Tipuna Fund, or any queries the community may have about donating to Te Mata Park Trust. Go to our website, or contact our Fundraising and Grants Manager Catherine Mueller.
Thank you to Jake, Sarah, and the Four Square Te Mata team for their generous donation.
