Road to the summit closing early over Guy Fawkes

The closure point is at the barrier above Peak House and access to the restaurant will not be impacted.

Normal hours will resume from Tuesday 11 November.

The following is true at any time, but particularly important to remember over the Guy Fawkes period:

• If you see a fire in the Park, please contact the local fire authorities by calling 111
• Fire is a serious threat to our Park, and there are strictly no fires or fireworks allowed in the Park at any time
• Please report any potential fire hazards by contacting Park Management on sarah@tematapark.co.nz
