As the seasons change across the maunga, this edition of our newsletter highlights some of the important work happening at the Trust – from a Green Flag “Best of the Best” award and our native planting plans, to the next generation of kaitiaki, safety improvements at the Main Gates entrance, and the efforts of our predator control team.
This edition also touches on the ongoing funding challenges faced by the Trust, and the important role community support, grants and donations play in helping care for and maintain Te Mata Park.
